For some, the “when” takes place at various times in a person’s life. They need a loan officer who’s committed, inspiring and knowledgeable. That’s where I come in.
I remember what it was like to buy a home. By being friendly, always available and willing to listen, I’m able to find the perfect loan for my customers, get them pre-approved and help them get excited about becoming homeowners.
Once the process starts, I define success as proactively communicating, eliminating fear and closing on time. All of that comes as a result of having an action plan, following up, building trust and treating others the way I’d like to be treated — as a friend. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care, and I genuinely believe that getting a family into a home is the best way to help them build happiness and memories for years to come.
