To all our policy holders affected by the extreme weather, we are planning to be in the office soon as temperatures get above freezing long enough to make roads safely to navigate, after last nights ice storm. We are hoping we are on the tail end of this weather.
You can call our claims reporting line at 1800-732-5246 in order to get the claims process started. Please be patient with any longer than normal hold times and with wait times for accessibility to plumbers and water mitigation companies as they are in high demand.
We will get through this and we will be with you every step of the way
Out of safety concerns for our staff and respect for our first responders by staying off the roads, we have decided to close our office on Monday. HOWEVER, our 24 hour after hours department will be available to submit any claims on behalf of our insureds by calling our office at 830-625-6081. You can also easily get a claim started on your State Farm mobile app.
