He has been an underwriter, trainer and mortgage originator and owner of a mortgage banking group that had over 100 employees. John has always been one of the top originators in the companies. Before coming to Bank of England Mortgage he was the top originator at Evolve Bank and Trust closing over $30,000,000 in self-generated loan volume yearly. John originates all loans Conventional, VA, FHA and Non-Conforming Jumbo. For the last 6 years he has specialized in the Jumbo loans on the conventional side and VA. Originating loans from $600,000 to $3,000,000 plus across the US in all 50 States!
