I am your "Mental Fitness Guru" let me help you keep your mind as healthy and strong as the body of an Olympic athlete! Let's promote a simple paradigm shift: refocus on the positive - escape stress and return to feeling blessed.
What is Mental Fitness?
Just like physical fitness, you must exercise the right parts of the mind in
order to be able to deal with life more effectively. The pendulum of life
constantly swings between: the negative, painful and stressful side, and the
opposite, healthy, happy, and positive side. My book, POSITIVE DIRECTIONS
describes specific strategies to escape stress by turning your life around
to go in the opposite - positive direction. A mentally fit person has the
skills and resources to spend more of his or her time on the positive side
of life. An example of a healthy mind an individual who is psychologically
strong, tolerant, flexible, optimistic, adaptive, energetic, humorous and
creative. This person is receptive, open, curious, and has a hunger to
live, they embrace every day and every event with enthusiasm, eagerness, and
a sense of enchantment. The secret is to develop your natural strengths and
build your mental fitness which gives you leverage to overcome the normal
obstacles and challenges in life.
Develop your Mental Fitness - discover your strengths and gain leverage over
your weaknesses - to make life easier.
