We are resuming our normal schedule, with both non-urgent dental procedures and hygiene. Here is what you can expect when you come for your appointment. As always, the safety of you, our patient, along with staff and families are our number one priority. At this time, we ask that you wear a mask when you come to the office. You will have your temperature taken and fill out a Covid questionnaire. To maintain social distancing, you may be asked to wait in your car.

A quick update…. At this time our office is open with very limited staff mornings only and no hygiene at this time. Please leave us a message and we will call you back. We are working on rescheduling missed appointments, please continue to have patience with us. We miss seeing you and hope you all are healthy and well.

As you may have heard, Governor Brown lifted the restrictions, and we can start seeing patients for non-urgent procedures in May. While we look at what changes that means for us as an office. The health and safety of you, our patient, as well as staff and family are our only priority. We will be calling you to reschedule your missed appointments. We will not be able to fit everyone in the schedule right away. We may even have to move some existing May appointments to keep with-in protocols while we continue to practice social distancing. We ask that you have patience and understanding as we re-open.

As many of you have heard Oregon Governor, Kate Brown, issued an executive order on Friday, March 20, 2020, to limit all dental procedures to emergent care only until June 15, 2020. Doing so will help “flatten the curve”, limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus, and free up personal protective equipment needed for urgent care.
We will be calling to cancel your appointment and we will not be rescheduling at this time. We will call you to reschedule you as soon as possible.

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, amid our world’s health crisis, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, cough, fever, the flu, difficulty breathing etc.), have sick children, or have symptoms of an illness, that you reschedule your appointment.
Please use hand sanitizer or wash your hands upon entering the building.
Please inform us of any recent travel outside of the U.S. to areas considered level 3 precaution by the CDC. This includes the following countries: Italy, South Korea, Iran, and China (as of March 5, 2020),as well as any known areas affected in the U.S.
If you arrive with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to leave and reschedule. This is for your well being as well as the health of our staff and patients.
