What To Do With The Vacation Home After Divorce
All of us at Johnson & Johnson, Esqs. hope that you and your loved ones are safe and in good health. As we continue to follow the recommendations of our public health officials (staying at home, social distancing, washing hands, and wearing face masks in public), we understand that you may be hesitant to visit our office for important services. Please be reassured that your health and safety are our top priorities and we have put stringent measures in place to protect our staff and clients.
We have learned that much of our work can be done remotely and virtually. However, there may be times where you prefer to come in or a live meeting is required. We have adapted some of our practices and plan to deliver service with these new measures in place:
• Express Check-In from Your Car- Whenever possible, we have eliminated wait time with check in from your car and an escort straight into the office.
• Limited Contact- We are following social distancing guidelines. We will space our client visit time slots so as to further reduce the number of people in the office at any given time.
• Clean Office Environment- Our team member will be masked upon returning to the office with strict procedures to disinfect all high-touch areas.
• Drive Through Execution of Documents- We continue to offer drive through services for occasions where original signatures are required.
Looking forward and in anticipation of the better days that are sure to come, we will adapt to the conditions so as to provide quality representation while maintaining the safety of our staff and clients.
Spouses who have significant personal assets should take these steps to maintain control.
