We've got a great opportunity to join the Johnson Construction Company team. We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to oversees the day-to-day execution of marketing plans and creating and deploying new campaigns for Johnson Construction Company.
Additional responsibilities include external communication such as website and social media content, client meetings, and special event execution. This role reports to the company owners.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Develop a comprehensive strategic marketing plan that drives sales.
-Work closely with management to identify prospective clients, engage current customers, and create and deploy strategic marketing material designed to attract and engage
-Work closely with account managers to provide high quality content (both print and digital) to enhance product offerings, ease the sales process, and drive sales
-Design, organize, and produce print and web-based media
-Provide social media support along with content development in the form of unique blogs, videos, newsletters, press releases, social media updates and case studies
Qualifications
-BS in Marketing or related field plus 4+ years of marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Must have experience in Facebook marketing
-Must be a highly motivated and a creative individual; has an eye for graphics and storytelling
-Demonstrated graphic/imaging experience in both print and digital - reproduce text, art, and visual images through computer imaging
-Experience in the building materials, or associated industries, and/or understanding of construction a plus
-Must be organized, flexible, and able to work under pressure while managing competing priorities
