Welcome Ryan!
Ryan joined our Acquisition Team in June where he on boards new customers and reviews their coverages with them so that they know the value they are getting with their policy through State Farm. He also can assist current customers if they purchase a new line of business. Now, Let’s get to know Ryan! He was born in Fort Campbell, Tennessee where his father was stationed in the Military. Shortly after, he moved to Fort Chaffee in Barling, AR right outside the Fort Smith area where he spent his childhood. After High School, he attended and graduated from the University of Fort Smith with a Bachelors and Assosiates degree. He is married to his wife, Jessica which was attending John Brown University which is what brought Ryan to Siloam Springs. He and his wife fell in love with this community and has made it home and are expecting their first child in May. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and riding side by sides through the mountains with their dog Chaz. We are thrilled to have Ryan part of our team! 👏🏻

In the ( middle ) we have Chelsea ( Jordan’s wife ) She is also part of the Customer Care and Marketing team. She is always here to greet you with a smile at the front desk. You will likely see her around the community volunteering which is her passion. On the far ( right ) is Bethany. She is part of the Multi Line Representative team. Bethany on boards new customers and makes sure they are getting the very best value on their insurance. She is one of your specialist if you currently have only one line of business with us and need an additional as well. We are so blessed with an incredible team. WEDNESDAY UPDATE: Our system is still currently down due to power grid issues. However, we are working remotely and as of now we are able to receive and make phone calls. We are happy to answer questions that you may have if you want to give us a call at ☎️ 479-524-3276. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and hope to be back up and running soon. We will continue to update as we can.
UPDATE: Our systems are still currently down due to the Power Grid issues that’s affecting so many states right now. Our office number should be working. However, at this moment only two phones are working so please be patient with us as we are receiving a lot of phone calls and voicemails to return. At any point that you don’t receive a call back it is likely we have not gotten the call as we are still having a lot of issues. Our system is down currently and at this time we are not sure when it will be back ( this includes our texting system ). It is all due to the weather and power grid issues. Therefore, we don’t have a timeline at the moment of when we will be back and running. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to have full access to help each and every one of you soon!
UPDATE: As of now we are delaying until 10:00AM due to no system access. We will be working romotely starting then. We hope to have a new update then. We will keep you all informed the best we can. Please, have patience with us as none of these power outages and system outages can be avoided during this time. We are here for you. Don’t worry if you can’t file a claim immediately. Take pictures, use your best judgement, and prevent further damage as much as possible and we will be there to help as soon as we can! If you need immediate assistance call #800-782-8332 Stay Safe!
