Lots of wind claims today. Here is a general Q&A on wind claims.
1. Whose claim is it if a neighbors tree falls on my house?
A. Tree claims are considered a act of god and goes on the home owners policy which the tree hit. Not the neighbors
2. Is my fence covered if knocked over?
A. Yes in most circumstances.
3. DO I have a deductible?
A Yes usually between 250.00 and 1000.00 based on what you chose.
