The focus of my work as a clinical psychologist is threefold: 1) I perform preoperative psychological evaluations for bariatric patients, 2) I provide mindful eating training and 3) mindfulness stress management training.
Mindful eating has become a very useful practice for those who are interested in conquering their struggles with eating without the need to diet, feel deprived or exercise great will power.
