Have any stumps you want to get ride of? I have the grinder for the test of today, maybe tomorrow if someone needs.
I really like the after. It’s nice when a vision becomes a reality. New floor, paint, trim, vanity, mirror, light fixture, towel hanger and toilet paper holder.
This clients existing gate had seen better days. The new wood refreshed the look and provided a strong finished product. I was able to save a little of money by reusing the existing hardware which was in good shape.
These clients had another person tighten the hot water faucet to their washer because of a drip. The pipe was over tightened and it caused a large leak. The leak caused a significant amount of damage. I cut out all of the old pipe and drywall, and installed a new fixture box. The box will sit flush with the wall once we repair the rest of the drywall (It needs to dry out first).
Lessons learned:
1- Call me first- the correct number is 303-956-5339
2- If there’s a problem, let me know ASAP. The longer you wait, the worse the problem will get.
Now that everything has finally arrived, we were able to put up the finishing touches. Can’t wait for the house warming party!
Today I removed all of this from 12ft. of gutter. There was only a 1/2 inch of room for water in the gutter and the drain was completely blocked. What do your gutters look like? Are you ready for the spring thunderstorms?
