I contacted JP Carroll Roofing for an estimate on some roof repairs and the installation of a roof-top attic fan. They were communicative and responsive before, during, and after the job - thanks John! In my experience, this alone sets them apart from most roofers in the area. Most importantly, the roofer (Carlos) that performed the work at home was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! He went out of his way to explain the finer points of my repairs because I had questions, and it was clear he was a seasoned pro.
