Lead Metal Bldg Erector. Must have at least 5 years Metal Bldg Erection Experience. Have complete knowledge of Red Iron, Sheeting, PEMB Insulation, Trim Work. Screw down and SSR Roof Panel Systems. Must be a leader who can get the job done on time and within budget. Must be reliable and dependable. Required to have basic PEMB Erection Tools. Must be able to pass a Background Check to gain access to Military Bases. Fabrication and Welding Experience a plus. Ability to read and understand PEMB Erection plans. May require some travel. Clean Driving Record Required. Ability to operate equipment needed to erect Bldg(s).
