We are excited to share our progress out at Gardiner Middle School ⚡️
This project covers the entire existing campus with a multi-phased project to construct approximately 150,000 GSF.
A new middle school building, campus-wide site + utility work, demolition of the old middle school and construction of a new track and field. All on the existing Oregon City Gardiner Middle School Campus.
We are happy to work alongside the talented teams from Pence Construction, BRIC Architecture & KPFF Consulting Engineers.

This winter we went snowmobiling. We have enjoyed bringing our main & east side employees out. We took a few day trips & also recently rented a house in southern Oregon. Such a good time!

6 Signs You Need Boiler Repair ⚠️
Here’s are typical boiler symptoms that require the skills of a qualified technician:
1. No heat
2. Signs of water leakage
3. Unusual noises
4. Pilot won’t stay lit
5. Low water pressure
6. Radiators not fully heating
It is generally a good idea to call if you notice changes in the system’s heating performance or energy efficiency, or see visual signs of component failure like leakage.
Boiler heating involves high temperatures, pressure and flammable natural gas. For safety reasons, options for do-it-yourself fixes are very limited. ✖️❕

We are making headway out at Park Place Apartments & Retail Project in Richland, Washington 🛠
Our east-side crew is doing a great job! Things are coming right along.
This project entails 106 units. It is a 4 story apartment complex with 7,000 sq ft of retail space on the ground level, a parking garage on the basement level and a swimming pool suspended above. It is located along the beautiful Columbia River.
We are working alongside the talented team at Fowler Construction 🤝
