If college is part of your child’s future, there are options open to families to plan and help save for it. The Texas Tuition Promise Fund® allows parents to lock in current undergraduate tuition rates and schoolwide required fees at Texas public colleges and universities, excluding medical and dental institutions. Tuition units purchased in the plan may be used for all or a portion of these costs, and our flexible payment options fit almost any budget.
Texans may enroll in the plan at any time between Sept. 1 and Feb. 28 (Feb. 29 in leap years). Enrollment for children younger than 1 year of age extends through July 31.
