Dear Valued Patient,
As we work to reopen on May 11, 2020, your health and wellness continues to be our top priority. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond guidelines and recommendations from the CDC, ADA, the West Virginia Dental Board, and OSHA. Rest assured, we are taking every precaution possible and implementing additional protocols above and beyond our already high standards for the protection of our community during this time.
For Your Safety:
❥ Upon confirming your appointment you will be asked a few screening questions.
❥ Upon arrival, we ask that you stay in your car and call our office at 1-304-242-9600 or text us your last name to 1-304-446-2456. We will check you in and someone will be out to ask you a few screening questions and take your temperature with our touch-free thermometer.
❥ We will ask that you wear a mask. If you don't have a mask, one will be given to you. Patients will be asked to sanitize their hands upon entering the waiting room.
❥ We will be enforcing social distancing and spacing out appointments to limit the number of people in our office for the safety of everyone. We will be removing every other chair in our waiting room as well as sanitizing door handles, the front desk area, computers, etc., on a very frequent basis. All reading material will be removed from the waiting room as well as the children’s toys. You will notice plexiglass shields at our front desk to protect you and our staff. When patients are in the treatment room, they will rinse with an antiseptic rinse.
❥ We request patients to arrive alone to their appointments unless assistance is needed. We ask that children be left at home unless the patient is the child.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we transition back to regular care. We are taking measures out of an abundance of caution for your protection. We look forward to providing excellent dentistry while keeping our patients and team safe.
