I set up the office mechanics and initiated procedures for a national rental company that had relocated a call center to the area which I lived. I actually ended up in the training department working to improve procedures for the call center agent both in sales and customer service. I was there for 7 years. For 5 years I researched the pros and cons for off-shoring and near-shoring call centers and disseminating information to call center agents to improve efficiency.
