Upstairs of a new house we are doing. All metal return box’s and trunk duct. All custom made in our sheet metal shop. Every single seam in the flex or trunk is mastic taped and then mastic painted to absolutely ensure zero air leakage. Custom homes deserve custom equipment and installs.

We would like to take a minute and apologize for the multiple day waits or weeks out for service or installs. Due to the extreme heat, we have been bombarded with service calls and install requests. We are taking every measure to accommodate your needs, however we are overwhelmed.
I’m fairly certain that every reputable HVAC company is dealing with the same struggle right now.
One way to help avoid these types of last minute breakdowns in the heat of the summer is regular system maintenance, or proactive system replacement. Yea, I know...”my system still works, why should I replace it”? Well I have seen model T’s that still work, but I’m not going cross country in one.
Have a little patience with us. If you want great service, sometimes you have to wait a little. There is a strong chance that there are people in front of you on a waiting list.

Another custom install. Removed existing package unit and junk porta pad. Hand formed and poured a solid concrete pad. New 2.5 ton Rheem gas pack. This was a down flow setup and was never working properly due to the immediate bend in the distribution/supply end of the air handler. We came in and converted it to horizontal and cleaned up the sharp bends in the supply duct. 60’ of trunk duct, 4 branch return ducts, 17 branch supply ducts, and the air handler installed. System is allowed to have a max of 4 cfm leakage...which is extremely small. Ours tested at 2.4 cfm. Now that my friends, is a tight duct system.
