Hello, my name is Henry and I am Kaia & Kendric's Human as well as spokesperson for Kaia's Paradise. Kaia's Paradise is a legitimately registered business under it's parent company H.L.D. Enterprises whom possesses and maintains a required permit with the County to board dogs.
Your pets’ safety along with your peace of mind are of the utmost importance to us. We provide daily videos and pictures via a private-client-only group. It is designed for owners bestowing trust in us to care for their dog(s).
Getting a Dog is one of life’s monumental moments. Quickly they become much more than a pet. They become part of the family and we want only the best for them. However, there are times where certain life events just don't allow or can't accommodate pet travel and you need a valued, trustworthy alternative.
At Kaia's Paradise we have dog boarding and day care services where you can drop off your pet and have them stay in our loving home. Here they will be pampered with walks, treats, play, and lots of love. Your dog will get plenty of time outdoors to run around, jump, chase, and socialize! When your pup is in our home we treat him or her like a family member. We have plenty of experience around dogs of all ages and sizes.
Henry - the spokesperson .... I am a dog owner and animal lover. I treat every animal under my care as if it were my own. Kaia's Paraidise is designed to make your fur-baby feel like they are part of paradise, part of our family and part of the pack. We ensure they are having the BEST TIME possible. Kaia and Kendric are my beloved pets and are the staff here in Paradise.
We know how hard it is for YOU to leave your loved one behind. It is one of the reasons we like to take the videos and post them. Videos are superior to only receiving pictures as it helps put your mind at ease. You get to see first hand your fur-baby's interaction & socialization with other dogs here in paradise. You see how your loved one is making friends, having fun in the sun, getting exercise and sleeping peacefully at night. You get to witness them being exhausted from an overabundance of playtime. You might even keen-in on something we are missing and be able to tell us a tip or two specifically about your fur-baby based on behavior or characteristics you see displayed in the videos.
Kaia - Founder .... Kaia LOVES animals and was born a natural nurturer. Kaia will greet and check-up on all dogs staying at Kaia's Paradise; and she does this all on her own!! She also likes to play and keep everyone engaged & involved in the playtime sessions. On arrival Kaia will ignore the humans and will only be interested in the new playmates.
The yard is entirely shaded and has a patio area. Kaia's Paradise has created a front porch that has a constant and continual breeze powered by high velocity fans that keep the air moving. As a result, not a single mosquito can fly in the large open porch area. Plus the breeze keeps the dogs very cool while they relax on waterbeds also located on the porch.
In the Pergola area, again shaded, there is a suspended bed for air-circulation under the guest keeping the pups cool as they stretch their legs.
Patio area is completely shaded and could provide for an outdoor retreat. It is also nicknamed the KGC - Kaia's Geriatrics Center -- In the KGC our special needs guests spend joyful hours in the fresh air reminiscing of youthful sun filled days.
There is a doggie pool on premise. Approx size is 12x4x1. It is shaped as a large bone. This pool is emptied, cleaned and re-filled every day. Swim time ends around 6pm nightly, during the summer to allow for the dogs to dry before coming into the house.
The inside of the house is kept very cool. Kaia's Paradise has Central Air. However we went a step further by adding two AC window units on opposite sides of the house. We then added floor fans to push all that cool air throughout the home.
Kaia's Paradise has several child gates to section off areas of the property and house. Those are:
*the patio
*the front yard
*the front porch
*the office
*the bedroom
*the bathroom
*the kitchen
*the hallway
*the main living room
*the backyard
*the side-yard
ALL these areas could possibly serve as individual sanctuaries for an animal staying at Kaia's Paradise. If your fur-baby needs alone time, peace-n-quiet or refuge from playing, they will be given the option of one of these sanctuaries. This also allows for different play groups to be in different areas playing at the same time.
