No visitors will be allowed to wait inside the hospital lobby. This ensures everyone is maintaining the required social distancing of 6 feet from the next person.
Outpatients and one (1) visitor will be screened. After the bracelet has been put on the visitor’s wrist, they will leave the building.
All visitors will be required to leave their phone number at the check-in desk for the surgeon to call and discuss results of the surgery.
Inpatients and one (1) visitor will be screened. After the bracelet has been put on the visitor’s wrist, they will be escorted to the assigned room to wait.
The post-op staff will call the visitor when they are ready for them to return.
Minors are the exception; their visitor may remain in the main lobby.

The partnerships that The Pando Initiative has within the community are vital to providing resources and essential items for PandoKids and their families. Kansas Surgery and Recovery has been instrumental in making a difference for so many through their donations of hygiene kits, home visit kits,and school supplies. This school year, their team assembled 300 backpacks full of supplies for PandoKids!
Not only do they provide these much needed items, they also support Pando through a sponsorship at our annual fundraiser 100 Men Who Cook, as well as helping us to "Fund-A-Need" at the event. We are so thankful for Dr. Bartal, Ashley, Jerry and the entire KSRC team. Thank you for helping PandoKids THRIVE in the classroom, and in life!💚
