Patients and parents,
We are happy to announce that as of Monday May 18th we will be open! We are trying to get everyone scheduled as soon as possible. Please have patience with us as we have over 1,200 active patients to schedule. Make sure you have an open voice mailbox as we have had issues contacting some of our patients. Appointments will be done a little differently now. Here are some of our new requirements:
-We ask that patients please make sure to brush their teeth before appointments, if hygiene is not satisfactory you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
-Please wear a facemask to your appointment.
-When you arrive to the office please stay in your car and call 330-780-3941 to let us know you have arrived. We will go over a prescreening and then if we have a chair ready for you we will instruct the patient to come in and take their temperature. We are asking that parents and family members remain in the car to minimize the number of people in our office. This will assist us in meeting our social distancing and infection control requirements. If we do not have a chair ready please have the patient remain in the car and we will call you when it is available.
-After the patients scheduled procedure is performed one of the assistants will escort the patient back to their car and update the parent on what was done. The front desk will then call you to set up your next appointment.
-Unfortunately we no longer have a public restroom.
We've done some updating to our offices for extra safety measures as well as our clinical assistants are now wearing full PPE. Thank you for your patience and look forward to seeing you all soon!❤
Dear patients and parents,
We have been given the green light from the state to reopen! Before we do, we have to make sure we have all the new required PPE and safety measures in place. Please be patient with us as we prepare to make our offices as safe as possible for both you and our staff. We will be scheduling appointments as soon as possible!
Thank you!❤

We have gotten a lot of questions about when dental offices will be able to resume elective procedures. At this time, there is no end date to the state’s order that restricts dentists to providing emergency care only. We have been in contact with the governor's office and the state of Ohio to work on putting a framework together for how dental offices can safely reopen to provide access to dental care. We will provide an update as soon as information becomes available.

Unfortunately as of today, we are following the Ohio State Dental Board recommendation and will be closing our offices to all non-essential appointments until further notice. We value the health and safety of each of our patients and their family members. If you have an upcoming appointment please call our office to reschedule. Cuyahoga Falls: 330-929-8080,Brunswick: 330-220-8002, Medina: 330-723-4800. Dr. Karbassi will still available for emergency calls at 330-459-5094.
