My years in Real Estate have flown by fast since 2004. I worked in this business part-time while my husband and I were raising our 2 children. As our children have grown and become more independent I have been able to jump in with both feet and it has been a blast (most of the time)!
I am a 5th generation Californian and this is the 4th time I have found myself living back in the Sacramento area. This time it has been 13 years now and we love it. After 17 moves I am hoping we are in our “forever” home. My husband and I often joke how Sacramento is a great place to live if you want to get out of town…with Lake Tahoe east of us and the Pacific Ocean west of us in less than 2 hours, not to mention an International Airport, it is perfect!
Having two very active children has made it easy to find my way around our many communities and it is so fun to revisit them with clients, in fact, just the other day I showed the home two doors down from my husband’s and mine first home in Lincoln which we bought more than 25 years ago.
I believe that real estate is the ultimate service industry and that’s my main emphasis from my very first meeting or phone call with my clients. My goal is to assist buyers and sellers through the sometimes daunting process of buying or selling. It is such an exciting time and I am so thrilled to be there every step the way. From first time buyers to seasoned investors it’s like putting together a huge gig saw puzzle (I love puzzles, ask anyone who knows me). There are so many steps to the buying and selling process, it is my job to make sure nothing is missed and that the transaction goes smoothly.
