I got my start in retail management and everything about HR within that position enthralled me. I was looking to obtain my Master’s in HR when someone recommended that I instead get an MBA because it’d position me uniquely within the HR field. Not a lot of HR Consultants have the educational background or experience to effectively analyze the business as a whole and make decisions for their HR Department based on each individual business’ unique structure. While my MBA uniquely sets me apart, my Doctorate of Business sets me even further apart. It is my desire to become as knowledgeable about business as possible so that I can make the best-informed decisions on your company’s HR needs.
