Kaweah Delta Hospice has a highly trained team to offer expert managment of symptoms and support when facing a terminal illness. Through this team of RNs, social workers, chaplains, aides, volunteers, 24/7 on-call RN, and bereavement support, the patient/family goals of care will be identified, honored and met.
