If you're planning a trip this time of year we have a few tips to help you prep your HVAC system so you can stay worry-free!

3. Check exterior unit for obstruction or debris
4. Make sure maintenance is up to date
The year is almost over! This is a great time to check your filters to make sure they're not blocked up with dog air, dirt, or other debris. A dirty filter can cause your system to have to work much harder which runs up your power bill - one of the easiest ways to save on electricity in 2021!
Did you know that a programmable thermostat can save you money on your heating and electric bills? You can set it to turn on at certain times of day so you house is at your preferred temperature when you get home.
