First 1.5 hrs. is $75, then $40/hr. thereafter. Most plumbing repair and electric repair can be done in the first 1.5 hrs.
Larger jobs can be bid. Proposals are sent via email with detailed description of work to be performed, costs, and terms. Questions and clarifications are always welcome!
