Several months ago I spoke with Will.
I was inquiring about routers, WiFi .
He was very helpful in answering my questions.
We also discussed satellite providers and services. At the time I was still under contract. He was understanding but continued to call periodically.
I added his work number to my phone.
Yesterday, (3/13/20), I received a call from “Will”. I assumed he was calling to see if I was ready to change my satellite service; I returned the call and spoke with Katie. She explained to me Will had become ill and consequently had to return to his family home. Will, I hope you make a full recovery !
My interaction with Katie has been phenomenal; she has gone above and beyond to assist me with a satellite set up for a motor home . She was diligent in researching my questions and getting answers. I should give a little shout out to the manager as well, he worked with me on an item with the price.
