We are open for all of our customers. We have been servicing the farm equipment, marine equipment and first responders' equipment as well as heavy duty trucks, forklifts and logging equipment to keep supply chains running smoothly. We have implemented social distancing in our shop and ask that you do not physically enter our building.When arriving in our parking lot, call us from your vehicle with your contact information and what you are dropping off. When picking up items call us when you arrive and we'll set them outside or place them in your vehicle. We can run your credit card over the phone or put your check in a clean envelope.

Yale forklift project. Bottom tank and steel sides are now all soldered to the new core, ready to plug all ports and submerge in our test tank for a final pressure test. Pressure testing is done at 15psi, for 20 minutes. Then the Radiator will be flushed out to remove any residual flux, pressure washed, dried and painted.
Yale forklift project. All parts are now ready for assembly. Top tank is now soldered to the top header of the copper and brass core.
Yale forklift project. The bottom tank had a severe dent that was causing some issues with the internal part of the hose connection, as well as the area that the steel side needed to be soldered. Once the dent was removed, two small cracks appeared in the brass. The cracks were repaired from the inside using a high temperature silver solder.
Internal modification of a numbers matching1965 mustang radiator. The original design had both hose connections on the same side. To redistribute the coolant flow, in order to increase cooling efficiency, a custom made brass baffle was hand crafted specifically for this application. Using an improved core design utilizing dimpled tubes and double louvered copper fins, combined with the brass baffle, this radiator will cool approximately 30 percent better than the original design.
