Latest Ken's Service Center news

Thanks again Isidro for purchasing another set of wheels and tires from us! We appreciate your Business!
Ken's now offers an after hours key drop box for our customers convenience located to the right of our front office door. We would also like to thank all of our customers for their patience and consideration of others as we still continue to operate with restrictions due to COVID-19....We still have to limit the amount of customers in the building so customers are still encouraged to drop vehicles off rather then wait when possible. Due to these restrictions we cannot always get to repairs as soon as some folks would like and we have had some folks ( very few ) choose to be rude and unappreciative...Those folks can gladly find another establishment to fulfill thier demands..We are doing our best and will continue to serve those who are willing to work with us at this time. Thanks again for choosing Ken's for your vehicle needs and shopping local! Sincerely, Ken, Alice, Darren, Max and Danny.
Have you ever heard of the penny trick? To see if your tires need to be replaced, take a penny and put the head of Lincoln into the grove of the tire. If the top of his head is still showing, then it is time to replace them.
It's a good idea to replace all four tires at the same time. A full set of new tires offers maximum safety and eliminates any confusion about the condition of a single tire, according to Consumer Reports.
Every so often take a moment to check the condition of your tires, looking for excessive wear on them. They tread should wear down evenly; if not, the location of excessive wear is an indicator of a specific problem.
Good Morning Friends and Customers!! We would like to thank you all for the continued support. This has been a difficult process, however we are still trying to accommodate everyone while maintaining social distancing practices. When you drop your vehicle off for service or repair there is a small table by the door you can put your keys on. We did this because we had customers literally throwing keys at Alice rather then handing them to her. This is not a game of catch the keys so we feel this will work better for those who are extreme distancing...Also, you can still just leave your keys in the vehicle and just call to let us know you have arrived as well. Thank you all for your Patience and allowing us to serve you. Have a wonderful week and we hope you all are staying healthy and safe.
Thanks Matt Entz of Mountain Skillz for purchasing a set of the new Cooper Tire Snow Claw winter tires and Ultra Wheels Butcher 20x9 wheels. We appreciate it and the truck looks AWESOME!
