He continues to attend many industry certification classes and re-certification classes to keep up-to-date on security, life safety codes and locking hardware.
Mr. Lucas served on the board of directors and is a former VP (3 terms) of the DC Area Locksmith’s Association. He has been a member of the National Association of Chiefs of Police, American Society for Industrial Security International (Chairman-MD Sub. Chapter, 2 terms), and various civic groups and professional business associations. He is a current member of Wheaton-Kensington Chamber of Commerce.
