Our clinic remains open during the COVID-19 outbreak! At this time we are limiting access to our lobby and implementing new drop-off and pickup procedures! Please follow the process outlined below: If you brought your pet for care: 1. Please remain in your vehicle 2. Call us at 270-684-2949 once you arrive at the clinic. 3. Via Phone – A KAC team member will check your pet in line 4. Via Phone – A KAC team member will call you back to get your reason for visit and related information 5. A KAC team member will come out to your vehicle to retrieve your pet – Please remain in your vehicle unless asked to assist. 6. Our team will provide treatment or diagnostic care 7. The DVM or Tech will call you back with any specific questions, findings, plans, needs, etc 8. The DVM or Tech will also get payment information (NO CASH PLEASE!) 9. We will mail you a copy of the receipt. For pickup of food/medication: 1. Call your order in 2. Once order is ready we will call you back 3. Proceed directly to our Drive-Thru window for pickup
