Kenyon's Creations offers custom art glass created, demonstrations in glass blowing as well as lessons and classes taught in the medium. We have also created a portable glass studio to take around to do demos or classes anywhere in the United States. Instruction in glass is welcome to anyone above the age of 10. Glass blowing is great for any team building exercises, family outings, science classes , art fairs, boy and girl scouts, any parent trying to find a creative avenue for their child, or just anyone wanting to have a good time playing with molten glass.

EXPERIENCE GLASS BLOWING
GRT Hot Glass Studios charges $60 for one person per hour or $50 per person per hour for a 2 hour lesson. If you get a group of 10 to 15 together we can do a lesson at $45 per person where each person walks away with a wonderful paperweight, ornament, heart, pumpkin, snowman or a few flowers. Usually on the first lesson we go through paperweights and flowers. If you continue on then we will go through blowing glass on the second lesson. I have been instructing beginners on how to blow glass since 2004 and I enjoy training people to work in this wonderful medium. Our goal is to help you create things that your friends and family will enjoy for years to come. You can create your gifts with my assistance and in time we can make some really great stuff. All private lesson will be scheduled through me, but pre-paid at the front desk at GRT Glass Design or you can buy a gift certificate for a wonderful present that will not be forgotten.
EXPERIENCE GLASS FUSING
$100 total for each firing in my kiln-(includes all the glass and materials you will need)
Learn to fuse glass in my studio at the Harrison Center for the Arts at 16th and Delaware. Anyone above the age of 8 is welcome to learn how easy it is to fuse pieces of glass together. It is very safe and a wonderful experience for everyone to learn about the different properties of this wonderful medium. We will walk you through the process for about 20 minutes then you can take all the time you want in creating small fused glass pendents, drawer pulls, magnets, or anything else you would like to create out of glass. After the pieces of glass are laid out like you want we will fire the oven to about 1450 degrees then we will anneal the pieces until they are cooled off. Students will get their pieces back 2 days after they are finished. You are welcome to create anything you envision from superheros, silly faces, animals or self portraits to cartoon monsters or fruit and veggies. Fun easy and a great way to teach the properties of this medium to any age.
Pricing for glass blowing at GRT Glass Design-(2 hour minimum)
1 person: $60 per hour
2 people: $50 per person
3-5 people: $50 per person
6 or more: $250 an hour same as 5 people
Set up a class with 10 to 15 friends, family or co-workers and everyone will make an item for $50 per person in a 2 to 3 hour session.
