Keri Fryer has real estate in her veins. Originally from Missouri, she was inspired early on by her mother, a top producing Realtor in the St. Louis market. This inspiration led her to realize her fascination with the real estate field, and her passion for being of service to others. Given this background, Keri became licensed in 1993 and learned everything she could about real estate, from paperwork to flipping houses. Keri graduated from the University of CO at Boulder with a degree in Business and Marketing, after which she decided to use her sales strengths in the technology/software industry. A western calling leads her to California, where she fell in love, laid her roots, and started a family.
After 25 years as a Bay Area resident, Keri has spent years learning not only the local communities and neighborhoods that make this area so unique but also the highly specific local real estate market. Years of first-hand real estate experience, combined with outstanding negotiating and marketing skills have allowed Keri to represent her clients at an incredibly high standard. She utilizes cutting edge marketing tools and technology to ensure that her sellers receive the best possible exposure for their property at the highest reasonable price. Her personal knowledge of the local schools, job opportunities, and activities enable her to find the perfect home for her buyers. Keri truly understands the deeply personal nature of buying or selling a home. Having been personally involved with her husband in purchasing and selling several homes for her family, she has a unique understanding of her clients' needs and goals, and the absolute requirement to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. She chose to join the elite ranks of Dudum Real Estate Group because of their extraordinary client-first philosophy and an atmosphere that promotes cooperation over competition.
Keri has a very "whole" approach to every aspect of her life. In 2016 she became a certified health coach, allowing her to help and understand others at an even deeper level, in order to guide them on a path of personal success. In her own personal life, Keri loves spending time with her husband of over 20 years and their two sons, both students at San Ramon Valley High School. Together they enjoy snow skiing, water skiing, hiking, biking, fishing, cooking, and being active in their local community, volunteering for groups such as Special Olympics, Rooms of Hope and One Warm Coat.
