Keshava Radha Yoga specializes in hatha yoga, an endless path where each Asana is an invitation to promote awareness. It emphasizes the breath and awareness, and it emphasizes a yoga practice of alignment. As our passion for discovery grows we open to experience deeper realms of our being. Every class is an unknown journey, we know where it starts; we can never know where it ends.
Our 90-minute Yoga classes include: Vinyasa (Flow), Asanas (Postures), Pranayama (Breathing exercises) and relaxation.
We also offer: Tai Chi classes consists of Qigong practices and traditional Yang style form. The aim of the practice is to build stamina, deep peace and contentment.
Keshava Radha Yoga offers Satsang, an hourly meeting once a week: a gathering of guided meditation and a philosophical talk.
Established in 2012, our spiritual quest brought us to join an Ashram (spiritual community) back in the 90's, when we served and taught Hatha yoga and philosophy for the last 17 years. Our studio is the mature fruit of these years of deep spiritual work and understandings.
Keshava and Radha are E-RYT 500 (experienced yoga teachers) and registered with Yoga Alliance.
