We will open M T W Th. Hours 9:30 to 5:30. It has been quite some time since our doors were open. In the interest of safety and care, this letter is designed to provide clear and direct policies and procedures for our office. The Covid 19 Pandemic has been especially concerning however if we follow CDC safety measures we will drastically limit our exposure.
•Mask and face coverings will be mandated for clients as well as office staff upon entering the office.
•Hand sanitizer is available for all interactions, upon entrance to our office
•Clients will be "buzzed" into the office
•We will implement a payment system of credit card or debit card or electronic check payments by use of routing number and account number
•Temperature screenings will be utilized
•Virtual interactions will be used much more often than in the past.
•Extended Office visits will be by appointment only.
•Our office will be closed daily from 12:30-1:30 pm for launch and we will not answer phones nor allow clients into the office. You can utilize our voicemail system to leave messages for an immediate return call
We understand that these measures and adjustments, although temporary, will come with an adjustment period and a measure of discomfort. We do appreciate your patience and concern for safety and look forward to maintaining, growing and enhancing our relationships.
We will operate at full capacity by allowing staff to work from home and directing some of your calls to the Allstate Home Office number. Below is a will list of emails and phone numbers for your use and we know that we are all at your disposal.

We have all been impacted by the Corona Virus and it has surely been a difficult road for us.
I am writing to advise you that we, the Williamson Agency, has and continues to be operational. Unfortunately, we have been cautious as we continue deliberations as to actually opening our doors. This process should not impact you too severely as we have an ability to work remotely. Our current staff will all return when we finally open our doors.
