In our preschool room we are learning the letter I this week! Children bring in a show & tell item that starts with the letter "i" to reinforce their learning.

Assists and supervises children during all activities. Counsels children when social, academic or adjustment problems
arise.
• Develops plans and prepares instructional aids and materials for classroom activities.
• Ensures that appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of classroom are appropriately maintained, in accordance
with the NAEYC cleaning and sanitizing guidelines.
• Assists children with meal times and clean-up.
• Assists with all academy and classroom paperwork: for example, daily notes, accident reports, and attendance reports.
• Attends and participates in staff meetings, academy events, and parent meetings as requested.
• Assists with preparation and implementation of classroom lesson plans, programs, and schedule.
• Ensures that all classroom and outdoor equipment are in good working condition and are used and maintained properly.
• Responsible for attending workshops, conferences, and in-service training.
• Reports any problems to the teacher-in-charge or the director.
• Reports to director when not able to attend work.

Ms. Gillian has worked in Early Childhood education for over three years. She is ECT qualified through Colorado Shines, and has taken Pyramid Plus. She enjoys teaching her students through active play. She loves to spending time with her family and taking care of her pet fish, and cats.
Ms. Tina has an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood, and a Directors license. She has over twenty years of experience in early childhood education. She believes that children grow in a safe, nurturing and healthy environment.

We are so grateful we found Kiddie Academy to help raise our boys, especially in this crazy time. Allison is a data analyst at Cochlear, and loves walking over to drop off last minute show and tell items, writing letters, and baking tarts. Kyle is a Sales Engineer with Zayo, and loves sipping local coffee while watching snow out the home office window, streaming games on Twitch, and winning board games while Allison pretends to not care. William loves impromptu dance performances, painting watercolors with mom, and the color red. Ethan is a baby, so he loves eating, babbling, and sleeping.
