Kiddie Academy of Union Park will continue to be closed throughout the week. Our intention is to reopen on Monday, February 22, 2021. We follow the Denton Independent School District for weather related closures. Please see Superintendent, Dr. Jamie Wilson's remarks related to closure: https://fb.watch/3I_9ZZ-hy-/. Our primary concerns are the safety and health of our students and staff. While we have had power to our building throughout most of this weather emergency, our water continues to go out intermittently. Our building is extremely well insulated, therefore we do not expect any water or pipe related issues that will keep us from reopening as soon as it is feasible to do so.
