Enhanced Hygiene is one of the principles of our Health Essentials initiative. Soap and water offer the simplest solution to combat infection. All children and teachers must wash their hands upon entering their room at the start of each day and all recommended times thereafter in addition to following standard Academy handwashing procedures.

Any time is a great time for learning! Kiddie Academy’s At-Home Activities are short, skill-based lessons that last no longer than 15 minutes. Perhaps there is time to do a taste test while preparing a meal for dinner or a quick hopscotch letter activity as your child plays outdoors. The At-Home activities are intended to be small lessons that can fit in seamlessly with your day, no matter what time of day it is! Respond to the interest of your child as well. If your child is really interested in an activity, extend the learning. If your child isn’t interested, move to a new activity or switch the time the learning occurs.
