The last few weeks we have been talking about fall and painting monsters to decorate for October. 🧟♂️ We had an awesome puppet show and learned about apples and our little fingers became the worms! 🍎 The yummy part was taste testing apple dips and seeing which one was the best. We love the Fall!! 🍁🍂
We have the most amazing staff and students who have adjusted to this “new normal”❣️ The school age kids have loved the new games and activities, the preschool kids have enjoyed painting, fine motor skill activities and building with their friends, all while wearing their masks or face shields. 😷 💙🤟🏼
Amazing first week of school. We had some snow cones, practiced our balancing skills and created chalkboard masterpieces. We have the best students and staff who have adjusted so amazingly to this “new normal”.
We celebrated the last week before school starts with Super Hero Week!! We played games, got cool tattoos, completed the super hero training required before you can get a cape and mask and then we saved the day❣️ It’s also important for a super hero to rest and take a little time to play chess...🦸🏼♀️🦹🏽♀️🦸🏽🦹♂️
Best week ever!! We made lots of Halloween crafts and played spooky games but today was the best Halloween party ever. We saw lots of witches, super hero’s, princesses and even Sponge Bob and Patrick. 👸🏻🦸🏽🧛🏻♂️🧙🏻♀️🧟♂️We “Trick-or-Treated” covid style and it didn’t stop us at all...so much fun. Happy Halloween 👻🎃
This week we learned about voting. 📮We filled out voter registration cards, talked about why it is important to vote, introduced the candidates (cookies and doughnuts) and took a vote. 🍪🍩We learned how to tally up the votes and be good sports about winning and loosing. Doughnuts won by a landslide!! 🇺🇸
This week we’ve been making lots of holiday crafts. 🎁 We decorated ornaments, we’ve painted and cut out decorations for the classroom and tried to look just like Santa!🎅🏻Can’t wait for Christmas!!!🎄
Todays holiday party was a little different this year but we still had soooo much fun. We all wore our pajamas, we made ornaments, ate cookies and decorated gingerbread frames. And of course we had to play reindeer games!! 🦌🎄🍪🎅🏻 We also wanted to include our amazing parents so we left gifts and treats outside by the front door. Thank you for supporting my small business and letting us be a part of your child’s care. 💕
This year ended with fun games, crafts and beautiful smiles hidden behind a mask...but you can still see the happiness in their eyes!! We have amazing students who have adjusted to our new normal. They still play, interact, learn, laugh and create with each other and it’s a privilege to be a part of their lives. Happy New Year. 🎉
This week was diversity awareness week. We learned that we are all the same on the inside, even though we all look different on the outside...just like our egg experiment!! We also made crafts representing how we look and how our friends look. 🤟🏼🤟🏾🤟🏿🤟🏽 But most importantly, we hang out with our besties and read, play and teach them how to drive 😜

We had a great Valentines week. We decorated our Valentines boxes, painted heart pictures and used fine motor skills by ripping and gluing Valentine colors on a heart. We had a great day delivering our Valentines and watched an amazing magic show on Friday. Happy Valentines Day! 💖💘💝
We have added a fun aspect to our weekly curriculum, we have Kidokinetics coming every Thursday for a 30 min class for our 2 oldest classes. We will also offer this to our school age kids in the summer. It’s a great sports and fitness program and the kids are having a blast. We are also proud to announce how amazing our staff is...first set of covid vaccines have begun. They have put their health at risk over the last year and never complained or thought twice about it. They are some of the best people I know and I’m so proud to have them in my work family❣️
We’ve been busy the last few weeks. We celebrated 100 days of school, the Lunar New Year and we’ve loved making beautiful creations and friendships. Our students are too cool!!! 😎
