Today we celebrated the Grand Opening of Landing at Five Points. It was a beautiful day in this exciting new neighborhood. Very nice work Doug, Mary Ann, Auston, Parker, Roger and Andrew.
The Central Station Apartments are on the rise. This 65-Unit community is centrally located at 200 S and 5th W in Salt Lake City. Our team; Jason, Shane, Jarrett, and Carol have done such a great job that we will soon be breaking ground on Central West, a twin to this project. Thank you Team!!
A view of the Harvest at Marmalade from high in the sky. This 252-unit community is being phased from south to north. The exterior finishes are now going up on the south tower. Our team; Shane, Rob, David, and Jarrett have certainly earned bragging rights.

This little gem can be found just a few miles outside of the “crown jewel” of National Parks - Glacier N.P. Our KIER team was more than happy to head to beautiful Montana to build this fuel station for the Smith’s/Kroger chain. Cheers to our lucky KIER team!!!

KIER Construction has added “7-Eleven” to our growing resume. This new store is located on the corner of 4000 S and Midland Drive in Roy, UT. It’s looking good Monica, Manney, Brayden and Tiffanie!
KIER is well into the selective demo process at our Granary Campus site. This warehouse space is being transformed into a hostel/retail/indoor recreation campus located in Salt Lake’s Granary District.

“The Pride of the Westside” has a “like new” station to boast about. KIER Construction completed the renovation of Ogden Fire Station #4 at the end of 2020.
