When you buy an expensive new car and it has a major problem that the dealer can't fix and the automaker has no interest in resolving your matter, you feel sick and don't know where to turn, well I have a solution for you Kimmel & Silverman. They feel your pain and will fight with the automaker on your behalf to insure that you receive proper compensation for your broke car. I my case Mr. Silverman fought for a buy back in which the automaker initially refused. Well, in the end the automaker agreed to buy the vehicle back for the original price I paid. His people are the best to work with, I was working with Joan and Megan and they provided me with top notch service keeping me informed of the progress all along the way. Thanks Mr. Silverman for your professionalism, dedication and for standing up for the little people when all seems hopeless.
