The health and safety of our staff and clients is our top priority during these unprecedented times. As the health concerns regarding COVID-19 continue to grow, we have made the decision to change our office procedures accordingly. Effective Monday March 23, we began accepting client tax return documents via drop-offs or secure client portal. In addition to dropping off your information, we have implemented a secure client portal system for electronic document delivery We ask that if you are dropping off your documents, make sure we have all necessary information to include, names, social security numbers, birthdates, telephone numbers, and email address. There is a locked box beside our door as well as a drop-off box just inside the office. If you would like to participate in the client portal system, please call our office at 423-726-2206 and provide us with your email address. It is important to us to continue serving our clients while keeping everyone safe.
To our valued clients,
The safety and well-being of our clients and staff is extremely important to us. As of now, we are open for business as usual. We are taking extra precautions and changing some procedures. We are sanitizing multiple times per day and doing our best to exercise social distancing.
In an effort to protect everyone from exposure, we are asking for your help.
— If you are sick or are experiencing any symptoms, please refrain from coming to the office. You may call us (423) 726-2206 and we will make other arrangements to obtain your documents.
— Please feel welcome to use the locked drop box on the outside of the building. We will check the box hourly. Make sure your contact information is included.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration.
Our office will be open next week Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
We will begin our extended hours
on Monday 1/20.
Extended hours are
Monday through Saturday
9am-8pm.
IRS will not begin processing returns until 1/27 but we can go ahead and prepare returns prior to this date.
We look forward to seeing everyone!
Happy New Year!! As we enter a new year and a new tax season, we would like to first thank everyone for their continued support!
It goes without saying that 2020 was a different year. While we are looking for 2021 to be a better year for everyone, we must also recognize that this year faces its own challenges. Because the health and safety of our staff and clients is our top priority, we have implemented the following changes to our services:
Secure Client Portal – With this service, you will be able to upload your documents into your own personal secure portal without coming to our office. We can exchange information with you via this portal to offer you a completely contactless service. If you are interested in this service, please contact our office to provide us with your email address in order to get the process initiated.
Walk-ins – We usually offer a walk-in service at the beginning of tax season for those clients who prefer to not wait for an appointment. This year we will have a similar service, but our waiting area will not be available. You will be able to come into the waiting area to check-in and give us your documents, but we will ask that you wait in your car. To maintain social distancing, we will ask that there be only one client in the waiting area at a time.
Drop-offs – We will take drop-offs anytime during business hours. We ask that if dropping your documents off, you make sure to include your current mailing address and phone number. There is a locked drop box by the door, or you may bring your information inside the waiting area to drop off. Again, we ask that there be no more than one client at a time inside the waiting area.
Appointments – In addition to in person meetings, we have added the option of virtual meetings via ZOOM. Please call our office to schedule.
