Krista obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Masters in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. She received her Pilates certification through the Midwest Pilates Institute and is also certified by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Her clinical experience includes orthopedic and sports medicine along with Pilates rehabilitation. Krista has 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and combines her knowledge of exercise and sport with rehabilitation to create individualized programs to help patients and clients achieve their goals. As a former collegiate athlete and Boston Marathon runner she loves helping patients improve their performance or return to their sport. Krista feels very fortunate to have the opportunity to promote optimal health and overall quality of life. Whether working with athletes or individuals looking to improve their health or regain function she strives to provide the best possible clinical care and instruction to maximize results.
