Responsibilities:
• Complete service appointments in a timely fashion.
• Install equipment with precision and detail.
• Track time and materials for each service call.
• Maintain company vehicle, materials, and supply inventory.
• Track activity within the company work order system.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in plumbing required
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Must be 21 years of age with valid and active driver's license
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must be able to learn and use technology/software

Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
Set up customer follow-up appointments to continue customer relations
Create sales material to present to customers
Attend area trade shows to generate sales lead
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to work a full-time schedule, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays based on customer request
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
