Kit McKinney Coward, RDN, LD, CDE, has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator for over 25 years. A native of East Texas and Longview High School alumna, Kit earned a BS in Sociology and Health from Texas A&M University. She continued her studies in clinical nutrition at The University of Texas Pan American before completing a fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine.
