We at Knobel Refrigeration Inc. understand the difficulties that local restaurants are going through right now. That is why we have decided to give back. Now through the end of May, we are giving 20% off of all parts to locally owned restaurants. We hope that this can help you stay in operation while this pandemic continues.
We are continuing to serve the communities in North Platte and the surrounding areas. To better serve our customers, we are performing NO CONTACT SERVICE CALLS. We ask that our customers maintain proper social distancing of 6 feet or more. This, along with other policies we have in place, will help stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Knobel Refrigeration Inc. is committed to serving the communities of Western Nebraska with commercial and residential heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical services. In light of recent events around the world, we are taking extra measures to protect our employees as well as our clients from the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
We will be asking our customers additional questions when they need service, such as:
Is anybody in the household/business
immunocompromised?
Has anyone in the household/business been sick in the
last two weeks?
Is anyone in the household/business exhibiting
symptoms of the COVID-19 virus?
These questions will help us better use our Personal Protective Equipment.
In addition to asking these questions, we will be asking our customers to maintain proper social distancing of 3-6 feet. This way we can be sanitized for the next call our service technician goes on.
We are constantly updating our policies and procedures with the latest data from the CDC and OSHA guidelines as they evolve. Knobel Refrigeration remains committed to serving our customers safely and responsibly. Our customers and employees are our top priority.
