How was your Labor Day Weekend? I volunteered shooting photos at the Moonshine Mile, a 100% free socially distanced 1-mile race in Dexter.
It was hard work! I think I'll leave the race shooting to Frog Prince Studios and stick with the running :)
Tonight at 8pm, as presented by the Penny Stamps Speaker Series, watch one-time Ann Arbor native/documentarist Ken Burns, and journalist Isabel Wilkerson discuss storytelling.

Since UM's fall semester is ending I figured it was about time I shared this fine piece of work!
I had the pleasure of animating some beautiful illustrations for the intro and outro of the Penny Stamps Speaker Series.
Since the series had to go virtual this year, Chrisstina Hamilton, the force behind the semester-long series was clever enough to hire the incredible talents of cartoonist, Casey Nowak Fortunately for me, I get to call Casey a good friend from our time at Stamps School of Art & Design and Casey brought me on to animate their amazing illustrations of The Michigan Theater and more.

To celebrate Martin Luther King, all Ann Arbor District Library locations are displaying text from MLK's, "Where Do We Go From Here?" speech.
We had the honor of creating the video and thus, becoming very familiar with the speech.
It is a moving and thought provoking speech that applies just as well to today as it did then. We highly recommend everyone take a look at it. If it's too cold to stand outside the library to watch the text, you can always read it here :)
