A common thread that underlies my approach is a belief in change. Small changes lead to larger changes. My role is to ignite the momentum of change within you, and then support you through sustaining those changes long term.
The mechanisms we use to create this change may be different for each client. Some may benefit most from a traditional psychotherapy approach, whereas for others the flexibility and freedom involved with coaching is a better fit. Diagnostic tools such as testing often accompany these approaches, providing a clearer path to move forward with a targeted plan that utilizes strengths and works to overcome challenges.
