Dr. Kristin Schwab is a pulmonologist and critical care physician. She treats adult patients with general pulmonary conditions and has a particular focus on ICU recovery and COVID-19 pulmonary disease. She is the co-director of the Post-ICU Recovery Clinic at UCLA.
Dr. Schwab received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University and her medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She then completed her internal medicine residency, chief residency, and pulmonary and critical care fellowship at UCLA.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Schwab conducts research on post-ICU recovery, COVID-19, resuscitation and cardiac arrest, and medical education. She serves on the American Thoracic Society's Critical Care Program Committee.
