Our Mission statement from 2010 - still holds true! “Our quest is to develop in every child a lifelong love for learning and to increase educational awareness in the community. To achieve this, we will bring the benefits of the Kumon method to children and inculcate in them the skills, attitudes and behaviors necessary to maximize their potential and achieve academic success” Kumon of Waukesha! 🔟 YEARS and counting!
10 years ago, in October 2010 best friends Ruchee and Anita, with a shared passion for education and love for children, had decided they wanted to make a difference! They opened Kumon Math and Reading center of Waukesha and made a promise to themselves.. every child who walks through their door will be given an opportunity to become a better student and a better learner. 10 years later, we feel truly blessed to have touched the lives of about 1000 children in our community. We are grateful for our students, families, friends, well wishers, fellow Kumon instructors and associates and our community who have helped, supported and most importantly, believed in us. This is an important milestone for us, and we hope to continue to help bring out the true potential of the children we work with and celebrate our students’ successes for many more years to come. #kumonofwaukesha #10yearsandcounting
